This simple holiday brunch tonic is the perfect blend of cranberry and orange juices, club soda, and a rosemary-infused simple syrup. It is the perfect addition to any holiday gathering.
Ingredients
Rosemary-infused simple syrup- Sugar, water, and fresh rosemary. Make sure to use fresh rosemary sprigs here.
Cranberry juice- I prefer to use unsweetened cranberry juice. I find that cranberry juice cocktail is too sweet.
Club soda- This makes the perfect non-alcoholic beverage for the holidays.
Orange juice- Fresh squeezed is always best but any brand of orange juice will do.
How to Make Holiday Brunch Tonic
Step 1: In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring water and sugar to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 4 minutes, or until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2: Add rosemary sprigs to the syrup and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Step 3: Pour the simple syrup into a bowl, cover and chill overnight.

Step 4: The next day, uncover simple syrup and remove and discard rosemary sprigs.
Step 5: Combine rosemary syrup with the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately over ice. Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary.

Storage
Holiday tonic is best served immediately but can be kept in the fridge for 1-2 days. It will lose its carbonation quickly.
