What is chamomile?
Chamomile is an herb that's been used for years to treat anxiety and settle stomachs. Tea is the most common way to consume chamomile.
2cups fresh-squeezed orange juice (about 3 pounds oranges)
Instructions

Boil one cup of water. Submerge tea bag and steep for 10 minutes. Remove and discard tea bag. Let cool for 30 minutes.

Combine brewed tea, ginger, mangoes, carrots, and pear in a blender; process until smooth.

Stir in orange juice. Mix well and serve.
