Ingredients

1 cup boiling water
1 tea bag chamomile tea
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
2 cups frozen mango
2 medium carrots
1 ripe pear
2 cups fresh-squeezed orange juice (this is about 3 pounds of oranges, juiced)
How to Make Chamomile Fruit Smoothie
Step 1: Boil one cup of water. Submerge tea bag and steep for 10 minutes. Remove and discard tea bag. Let cool for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Combine brewed tea, ginger, mangoes, carrots, and pear in a blender; process until smooth.


Step 3: Stir in orange juice. Mix well and serve.
