This cheesy, delicious quiche is easy to make and makes the perfect breakfast or brunch. This quiche is so versatile and can easily be changed to include your favorite ingredients.
Can I make this quiche with sausage instead?
Yes! Bacon is my family's favorite breakfast meat but I've also tried this quiche with ham and cooked crumbled breakfast sausage and it's been delicious. Feel free to omit the meat entirely for a vegetarian option.
Can this quiche be made with different cheeses?
White cheddar and gruyere make the tastiest combination but I've also made this quiche with many other kinds of cheeses and it has turned out beautifully. Feel free to use whatever cheese you have on hand.
What kind of pie crust should I use?
I love to make my own all-butter pie dough and use that for this quiche but you can use whatever pie dough recipe that you prefer. If you're in a pinch for time, this quiche turns out wonderfully in a store-bought frozen deep dish pie crust, such as Pillsbury, as well.
