How to Make Banana Oatmeal Quick Bread
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt and cinnamon and stir well with a whisk. Stir in oats.

Step 3: Combine mashed banana and remaining ingredients; add to flour mixture. Stir just until moist.


Step 4: Spoon batter into a greased 8×4 or 9×5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until a wooded toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
